Tandem Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Tandem Membership program offered by Tandem Heating & Air.
Membership Fee
Tandem Membership is $99 per year and automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
Priority Scheduling
Tandem Members receive scheduling priority whenever possible.
During periods of high demand, severe weather, or peak heating and cooling seasons, members receive preferred appointment availability over non-members.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service.
Emergency Service Priority
When emergency service demand exceeds available capacity, Tandem Members receive service priority whenever possible.
Emergency service availability remains subject to technician availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and other operational factors.
No Dispatch Fees
Members do not pay dispatch or trip fees during normal business hours.
Additional charges may apply for after-hours, holiday, emergency, specialty, or diagnostic services outside standard business hours.
Preferred Member Pricing
Preferred Member Pricing currently provides a 15% discount on qualifying repairs and services performed by Tandem Heating & Air.
Discounts do not apply to equipment purchases, permits, third-party services, financing charges, taxes, or services otherwise excluded by Tandem Heating & Air.
Tandem Heating & Air reserves the right to modify discount programs and member promotions as the membership program evolves.
Extended Warranty Benefits
Extended warranty benefits apply only to qualifying repairs and installations performed by Tandem Heating & Air.
Specific warranty terms, durations, and coverage details will be provided at the time of service.
Warranty coverage may be void if repairs, modifications, or service are performed by unauthorized third parties.
Member Portal
Members may receive access to a digital portal that may include service history, invoices, estimates, equipment information, photos, and related records.
Portal features may change over time as systems are improved.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards, credits, promotions, or incentives may be offered from time to time at the sole discretion of Tandem Heating & Air.
Program details may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Membership Transfers
If a member sells their home, Tandem Heating & Air may allow membership transfer to the new homeowner at its discretion.
Memberships may not otherwise be transferred, assigned, or resold.
Cancellation
Membership may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate a refund for membership fees already paid.
Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current paid membership term.
Service Area
Membership benefits are available only within Tandem Heating & Air's active service area.
If a member relocates outside the service area, membership benefits may no longer be available.
Membership Changes
Tandem Heating & Air reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, features, discounts, and program structure at any time.
Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect services already completed.
Limitation of Membership
Tandem Membership is not an insurance policy, home warranty, maintenance contract, or equipment replacement program.
Membership provides access to member benefits, discounts, and service advantages as described above.
Limitation of Liability
Tandem Heating & Air shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, utility interruptions, labor shortages, acts of God, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
