Andrew and Jonny were incredible to work with. Andrew was incredibly responsive, professional and polite. Jonny did a very thorough diagnostic inspection and confidently found the problem. A few days later when the parts came in it was promptly fixed and good to go! This was all after our previous go-to company misdiagnosed the problem, incorrectly rewired our thermostat, offered quotes to replace some parts that “may” be the problem and suggested that a full replacement was probably the way to go. We are now loyal Tandem Heating and Air customers after witnessing first hand their expertise and high standard of care for their customers.
